Paulo Dybala (26 years old) has returned positive for coronavirus. As told Josep Pedrerol, presenter of “El Chiringuito de Jugones”, the Argentine tested positive after a new test to detect if he had the Covid-19. It has tested positive four times in a month and a half. Dybala signed by the Juventus in 2014 from Palermo. In his 216 games with Vecchia Signora he has scored 91 goals and has provided 36 assists. 10 The Juventus player announced on March 21 that he had tested positive for coronavirus with his girlfriend. The Argentine is totally asymptomatic and will continue his home isolation in Turin. Dybala recounted at the beginning of April how he lived the symptoms: “I had a tired body, cough, cold at night … it was a bit of living with it and not despair.”

- Warning to cat owners
AD Quality Auto 360p 720p 1080p Top articles1/5READ MORE11 theater productions to see in Southern California this week, Dec. 27-Jan. 2“She was going to pay to put him to sleep. She had found the cat laying on the lawn semi-comatose and twitching. She didn’t want any responsibility but thought he was suffering and was willing to sign to have him put to sleep.” Instead of putting Fluffy to sleep, however, Donan discovered he was suffering from “a classic case of insecticide toxicity,” a problem that usually increases among cats during the summer months. As temperatures get warmer, fleas become an increasing problem for pet owners, who often try to save money by buying the less-expensive, over-the-counter flea medications, Donan said. The problem is that many of these less-expensive brands contain chemicals that can be harmful to cats in inappropriate doses. “We carry products for fleas that are by prescription, such as `Advantage.’ It’s very safe, but it costs about $40 for a two-month supply,” Donan said. WHITTIER – Veterinarian Debra Donan’s blue lab coat was covered with 2-inch-long orange hairs as Fluffy, a plump Garfield-lookalike, rubbed affectionately against her. He looked and acted quite healthy for a cat that had been near death about a week ago. When a good Samaritan brought the cat to Donan’s Washington Boulevard Animal Hospital in Whittier after finding him lying on a nearby lawn, Fluffy was twitching and convulsing. “This good Samaritan thought the cat was a stray and that he was dying,” said Donan, who described Fluffy as a domestic long-haired orange tabby approximately 3 years old and weighing 13 pounds. “But there’s an OTC \ medication that looks just like Advantage, only it contains permethrin, which cats cannot metabolize as easily or quickly as dogs.” The over-the-counter medications use a concentrated form of permethrin, a synthetic version of pyrethroids that is a natural insecticide derived from the chrysanthemum flowering plant. Unlike dogs, cats groom themselves and can ingest the medication that way, Donan said. “Believe it or not, the most common overdose is from people giving dog medication to their cats. They’ll dilute it or split the dose, thinking it’s OK,” she said. Donan said a medication for dogs called “Advantic” is frequently mistaken for Advantage flea ointment for cats. Advantic contains 44 percent permethrin. Symptoms for insecticide overdose can occur within hours of ingestion and include salivation, muscle tremors, twitching, coma, convulsions and death. “I just want to get the word out before the flea season really gets going,” Donan added. No antidote exists for permethrin, so Fluffy was given supportive treatment, she said. “We treat it with fluids and muscle relaxants. And we just observe them,” she said. “The symptoms usually resolve in a day. Fluffy was up and purring by later that day he was brought in.” When the cat arrived at the Washington Boulevard Animal Hospital, the woman who found it left without giving her name or phone number. In addition, the cat had no identification tags around his neck to help track down his owner. “We didn’t put him down because, first of all, the receptionist pointed out that since the woman wasn’t the real owner, she had no legal right to sign for him to be euthanized,” Donan said. If Fluffy’s owner does not claim him soon, he will be handed over to animal control officials and put up for adoption. “\ is just a great kitty cat,” said Donan, who hopes the cat’s owner will come forward. “He obviously was someone’s pet. But when we found him, he was soiled with mud, urine and dirt and full of fleas. It’s just a good thing he was brought in when he was.” email@example.com (562) 698-0955, Ext. 3029160Want local news?Sign up for the Localist and stay informed Something went wrong.
